Behind the bar.

Mirrage of true minds :
I found this drink on design sponge and it looks absolutely awesome.
A) I love champaign (what girl doesn't)
B) Cognac ALWAYS goes amazing with champaign.


4 ounces chilled Champagne (we used Vilmart & Cie  Grand Cellier)
1 ounce cognac (for the sake of tradition, Courvoisier V.S.O.P is essential)
1 brown sugar cube
3 drops Angostura bitters

This is my next drink experiement.
It reminds me a LOT of a french 75 wich is champaign, Brandy, lemon juice, sugar. (which My hubby Will loves)
